Introduction

The ESSP collaborates with NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Earth Science Department and other partner scientists collocated within the Global Hydrology and Climate Center (GHCC). The GHCC is part of the National Space Science and Technology Center (NSSTC) located in Huntsville.

ESSP employs 15 research scientists in Huntsville. The combined intellectual resources provided by USRA, NASA and other GHCC partners provide a synergistic approach to address the complex scientific problems and educational challenges associated with climate and global change science.
