Introduction

The Visiting Researcher Exchange and Outreach Program (VREO) was instituted in May 2001. Its goal is to facilitate the collaboration between engineers, scientists and technologists at NASA/MSFC and researchers in universities, private-industry and other governmental agencies. The goal of this collaboration is to facilitate research and technology development within MSFC. To accomplish this goal, the VREO Program provides the capabilities indicated below.
